    The hotel is overall clean with very friendly and extremely helpful staff. the view over the Tuscan hills is absolutely stunning. the location was perfect for our visit to Certaldo open-air museum.

    This nicely renovated mill, has become a very very nice Hotel. Good rooms and cleaning. The breakfast are super. The staff are the best - very friendly and help full . Nice garden for relaxing. This Hotel are perfect situated for discovering the surrounding and interesting cities nearby. We and our friends had 3 absolutely great days there in April 2010

    The staff were absolutely fabulous. Very efficient plenty of warmth helped us with the planning of our stay,The festival was on in the old town so they advised us how to get tickets, where to eat, could not do enough for us.Lovely newish hotel with a great garden and a pool albeit quite a small one.10 Min walk to the town.perfect!!!

    This Hotel is absolutely brilliant. The staff are wonderful and anybody considering a holiday in Tuscany should stay here. The location is great for travelling to San Gimignanao and Siena. Do not miss it.

    Beautiful surroundings, amazing superior double room with lovely bathroom. Attentive and friendly staff. Good location, short walk from station to stunning Certaldo and Certaldo Alto. Would come again during summer for garden and pool use!

    Lovely Mill conversion. Despite being in between two roads and a roundabout the soundproofing kept the rooms very quiet. Modern plumbing and spacious rooms with retained antique features.

    Restaurant for Breakfast only. Plenty of interesting places to eat in the old and the new town.

    The location was incredible and stunning, within walking distance of Boccaccio's house. And we were adjacent to beautiful Certaldo Alto and a roundabout on the outskirts of Certaldo.

    The hotel and surroundings were beautiful. Superior double room was amazing. Staff attentive and friendly. Good location, short walk to Certaldo and Certaldo Alto.

    The staff are amongst the best in hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast buffet is excellent (and included in the room rate).

    Soundproofing between our and next room not as good as it should be. Have to pay for WiFi (why not include unlimited wifi in the cost and charge an extra 5 euros a day rather than have to go to reception every time it ran out).

    The hotel was clean and fantastic. the staff were friendly and affable. - the rooms were nicely furnished. - the restaurant offered reasonably priced simple dishes for dinner. - the bed was a good size. - the balcony provided impressive views of the garden. - the location was fantastic, close to Museo del Chiodo. - the area was very quiet. - It took only 15 minutes on foot to reach the train station.

    We really enjoyed the beautiful grounds, the very friendly and helpful staff, and the location of the hotel. While the hotel was set near a major road, you did not hear any traffic noise and it was very peaceful.

    Very friendly staff. Beautiful location. Luxurious room. Very quiet and relaxing. Lovely pool

    We loved the hotel, the only comment is that compared to other cheaper 3* hotels we used on the trip, there were no additional facilies. For example alot of hotels had free wifi and some had a restaurants. We expected that there would be a menu of some sort. However the staff were brilliant and said theyd make us something if we wanted, very accomodating. Extremely relaxing
